Znak & Co entrusted Take 1 to provide post-production scripts for the eighth series of “Thronecast” for Sky Atlantic. The hour-long “Game of Thrones” aftershow was hosted by Sue Perkins and Jamie East and featured interviews with members of the cast and crew to analyse the previous episode and preview the next. The programmes were broadcast on Sky Atlantic and made available on Sky Go, On Demand and NOW TV.
Take 1 provided post-production scripts for the six post-show programmes as well as a special half-hour pre-finale episode and the TX02 format provided included full, timecoded transcription of all dialogue and voice-overs, captions and credits. Recorded programmes were shared with Take 1 via a password protected portal and Znak & Co chose a five-day turnaround to suit their schedule and budget.

While this was the first series of “Thronecast” that Take 1 worked on, it’s not the first time the company provided post-production scripts for a Znak & Co production. The international production company, headed up by the creator and showrunner of global hits like “Hell’s Kitchen” and “I’m a Celebrity,” has relied on Take 1 for PPS and transcription services since 2017 on series including “Lizard Lick Touring,” “Revolution” and “Ronnie’s Redneck Road Trip.”
